Founded and directed by luxury business specialist, Melinda O’Rourke, who has over 20 years of experience with some of the world’s most luxurious brands including Chanel, Prada, and Yves Saint Laurent. Melinda O'Rourke~ Managing Director

As the founder and director of MO Luxury, Melinda O'Rourke has over 20 years experience with some of the world's most luxurious brands. As Country Manager of Prada Australia and New Zealand, General Manager for Chanel Australia and New Zealand, and Fashion Manager for Yves Saint Laurent Couture, Melinda is well versed in the demands of the luxury market and its client base. Her advice is firmly based in objectivity, offering constructive counsel, as well as strategic and creative thinking. Melinda enjoys excellent industry relationships and is regularly requested for speaking engagements and quoted in the business and fashion media.







Mark Lulham~ Account Manager/Recruitment Executive



Mark's experience is both broad and deep, with his early career spent in retail working his way to management, buying, merchandising, marketing and communications. More recently his experience has focused on business development for service related businesses across the customer relationship management discipline and with this in mind Mark works across the recruitment business particularly, focusing on existing account management, new client business development and candidate sourcing and profiling



Nick Freer~ Account Manager / Recruitment Executive


Nick's specialistation is directed towards the Greater China region. Possessing a finely tuned understanding of China's growing presence in the current luxury industry, Nick is well placed to develop and nurture new client opportunities within this market. Nick's expertise in the luxury landscape extends across Giorgio Armani, Burberry and Chanel. Having represented these fashion houses provides a strong foundation of all things luxury. With a fine eye for detail and strength in building cross-cultural relationships, Nick is deeply involved with MO Luxury's Greater China business.






Stacey Heenan~ Recruitment Executive

Stacey Heenan heads MO Luxury's Melbourne operation, as Talent Management Executive.
Developing and nurturing new client opportunities in Victoria, Stacey's expertise in the luxury industry stems from her extensive retail management experience. Having represented brands such as Chanel and Jurlique, her hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective and intimate understanding of the workings of the luxury industry. In addition to sourcing high-calibre candidates, Stacey's eye for luxury compliments her involvement in MO Luxury's covert client operation.



 

Sarah Paykel~Recruitment Executive


Sarah Paykel represents MO Luxury in New Zealand, as the director of Sarah Paykel Ltd, a fashion & lifestyle public relations and communications consultancy. Based in Auckland, Sarah has previous experience as a journalist, beauty retailer, and marketing and sales director in the luxury market, and has developed business relationships with some of the world's leading brands. She has an eye for recruitment and has personally selected large numbers of staff in previous roles. She has an intimate understanding of the luxury industry, and is skilled at matching candidates to specific requirements. Sarah manages MO Luxury's talent management division in the New Zealand market.
